In production for one founder. Opening to a few more.

Your people, your search, your business. One place.

Electric Llama Labs is three tools on one platform for people who run their own show: Illa for your people, Orion for your job search, Atlas for the business. It currently runs one practice end to end: mine. A small pilot group is next.

What's inside

Three parts. Pilot members get all three.

After the pilot these become three plans, so you only carry what you use. During the pilot there's nothing to choose: everything below is switched on.

Illa

Your people

The CRM and daily tools for running your own projects and relationships. No client billing, no company overhead.

  • Contacts, interactions and follow-ups
  • Events, networking groups, conferences and referrals
  • Projects, ideas and a prompt library
  • Weekly schedule, goals and reminders
In the pilot

Orion

Your job search

Everything in Illa, plus the tools for running a job search alongside everything else.

  • Everything in Illa
  • Job application pipeline, from applied to hired
  • Companies: the people you know at the places you're applying
  • Interview question bank
In the pilot

Atlas

Your business

The operating layer for a one-person practice: engagements, billing and the books.

  • Client engagements and companies
  • Work log and retainer burn-down
  • Invoices, accounting and P&L
  • Marketing calendar, rate card and revenue goal
In the pilot

Pricing isn't set yet. How pilot members actually use the three parts is what will set the plans and the rates.

"Pilot" in the Atlas column: the job-search tools are included with Atlas during the pilot, with a switch in Settings to turn them off. Whether they stay there afterwards is one of the things the pilot decides.

Why it exists

Built by a founder who needed it.

I spent 15+ years leading product and programs inside complex enterprises. When I started running my own firm, I went looking for the tool that could hold all of it: the relationships, the engagements, the projects, and the job search I was keeping open on the side. It didn't exist.

So I built it, solo, with Claude Code and the Anthropic API, deployed to production with real authentication and real security. It has been running my business ever since, and it changes every week.

The pilot group gets working software and a direct line to the builder. What gets in your way shapes what gets built next.

The ask

The door opens October 14. Request a place in the pilot.

Tell me a little about what you run. I'm Jennifer, and I read every request myself before I invite anyone in.

You'll hear from me about your request when the pilot opens. If you ticked the box above, I'll write sooner to find a time. Your answers come to me, not a marketing list.
